Visa Requirements:
  • Overseas participants will need to have a valid passport and visa to enter India. Details about visa requirements should be obtained from the Indian Embassies in the respective country of the overseas participants, well in advance. If necessary, invitation letters will be sent to the registered delegates for visa purposes. Delegates needing such an invitation letter should furnish the passport details with scanned copy to the Conference Secretariat by 31st August, 2018.(indoaus2018@actrec.gov.in)

Notes:
  • Registration charges are non-refundable and non-transferable after 1st October 2018
  • Registration fee includes access to attend all the lectures, conference kit, breakfast and lunch on the days of conference (22nd and 23rd October 2018). Dinner will be provided only on 22nd October 2018.
  • Accommodation are limited and will be provided on first-come-first sharing basis to the registered/accompanying participants only from 21/10/2018 to 23/10/2018 i.e 3 nights. Check-In and Check-Out Time: 12:00 noon. Participants arriving on 21st October or departing on 24th October should make their own arrangements for food.
  • Registration form along with Cheque/demand draft in favour of “Director, ACTREC-TMC” payable at “ Navi Mumbai” should reach us latest by 1st October 2018 on following address:

Guidelines for Abstract Submission:
  • The 14th IABC-2018 invites abstracts from academia, industry and research organizations. Abstracts will screened on the basis of their scientific merit within the theme of conference and the selected abstracts will be informed by 5th October 2018.
  • Abstract must be submitted online in registration form.
  • Please send us word file of abstract in following format at indoaus2018@actrec.gov.in
  • Abstract must be in English, typed with 1.5 space, using 12 point size font - Times New Roman, and should not exceed 250 words excluding title, authors and affiliations.
  • The abstract should be unstructured. Do not split the abstract in order of background, methods, results, and conclusions
  • Title should be bold,  not italic or underline.
  • Authors should be listed by first name and surname. Name of presenting author should be underlined. Do not include title, degrees, or any suffix in the author’s field
  • Mention the complete name of the institution in which the work is carried out, followed by city . Avoid abbreviations in title
  • Avoid tables, graphs images and references in the abstract
  • The presenting author must be a registered participant. All correspondence will be made to the presenting author
  • Once submitted, no corrections in the abstract are possible.
  • In case of difficulty or to withdraw abstract contact us at indoaus2018@actrec.gov.in before 5th October 2018.
  • Participants whose abstracts will be selected for poster presentations will be updated through mail
  • Poster size: 4 Feet X 3 Feet horizontal.
