During Childhood, habit of exploring gadgets and my thirst to explore computer led me to join MSTB and completed Ethical Hacking. In the course of bachelors in zoology I came to know about field of Bioinformatics where one can combine and explore biology with Computers. To learn more I joined Guru Nanak Khalsa College (University of Mumbai) as a part of M.Sc. Bioinformatics where I got exposure to understand about proteomics and Genomics.
As a part of my Dissertation, I designed a pipeline using PERL to create specific probes used in Microarray Technique and also became familiar with data analysis of Microarray and NGS technologies. Working with virtual labs under IITBombay, familiarized me with creating website and animation. To extend understanding of my knowledge about High Throughput Cancer Genomic data analysis I have joined ACTREC, Dutt Lab in 2019 to explore more about Exome Analysis, Transcriptome Analysis and Whole Genome Analysis.
