I am Deepa T Balan case number 11F2024/03714, I am from kerala,.After my operation and other procedures, on January 29, I did all the necessary steps to transfer the amount on my smart card at the hospital to my bank account.
So far the amount has not been credited to my account.This is the amount set aside for my further treatment.
My treatment has been stopped as I have not received it yet. So please take steps to credit that amount in my account as soon as possible.the account section do not responds our call. Here i mention my smart card number also 3225ACOL0050048.
