I am Deepa T Balan,case number 11F2024037314, I am from Kerala. After my operation and other procedures on January 29, I did all the necessary steps to transfer the amount on my smart card at the hospital to my bank account.
So far the amount has not been credited to my account. This is the amount set aside for my further treatment.
My treatment has been stopped as I have not received it yet. So please take necessary steps to credit that amount in my account as soon as possible.
I contact the account section many times but they don't gave necessary information.
